The ring came exactly as described in perfect condition

Received my beautiful ring, but it was too big! Contacted customer service and they send me a return shipping label. Can't wait to get it back in a couple weeks and to wear it and show it off. It's so beautiful!

Fast service. Ring looks great. The standard box it comes in is a bit tacky looking. I can't remember if there was an option to upgrade it or not.
