15 Day RETURN POLICY

Dishis Designer Jewellery is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the Jewellery available on our website www.dishisjewels.com, security & customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the products, you can choose to return the order within 15 days of receipt of order.

HOW TO INITIATE THE REFUND PROCESS?

    1. Customers should contact Dishis Jewels customer support on 9818458248 or write to  ask@dishisjewels.com  within 15 days from the receipt of product.
    2. Customers should login to their account on dishisjewels.com and initiate a return request within 15 days from receipt of order from the My Orders section.
    3.  Customers must retain the original packing and the item in its sealed form with all accessories, tags, boxes, bags, stickers, papers and original Invoice. Securely repack the unused item.

    5. Provide the invoice into the package for return process. Without compliance of the above, returns will not be accepted by our shipping agent.
    6. Customised products are not eligible for return. They are eligible only for exchange or buyback.
    7. If the jewellery returned is damaged or shows any signs of wear and tear, alterations, resizing (by a jeweler other than Dishisjewels.com),the same will not be accepted under this policy. If the Tag of "Non Returnable " is removed then product will not be accepted under this policy.
    8. Single Jewellery Pieces above Rs.50000 are not eligible for returns. They are only eligible for exchange and buyback.

You are eligible for an exchange on DISHIS for 100% of the purchase value for 15 days after delivery. In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase. One order can be exchanged only once, after that it will go under Lifetime Exchange Policy.

 

Loose Solitaire Diamond / Gemstones and Gold Coins or Bars and Frames are not covered under 30 Day Return policy.

 

The same policy applies to all international orders. However, you will have to ship the jewellery back to us on the address given below:

How do I return the product to DISHISJEWELS.com within 15 Days?

• If you happen to be dissatisfied with the jewellery you received upon delivery, you can login to your DISHIS account and visit My Orders. Here you will have the option to     request return for your order with relevant reasons for your dissatisfaction. 

• In case you receive a damaged item, an item you didn't order or the wrong item, we exchange it free of charge or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping     charges after a quality check upon receipt. If it is indeed an error or a defective product your refund or exchange will be on its way shortly. Please make sure you are     making     a package opening video to provide to us in case of    the receipt of damage and defective product.

• All DISHIS jewellery comes with an IGI©, GIA©, HKD© or EGL© IGL IGLI appraisal certificate and must be returned with the certificate. If the certificate is not returned,   your    refund will be reduced by the amount of the replacement cost. If you do not have the certificate, let us know so we can quote you the exact price for the    replacement.     Dishisjewels.com will not be responsible for any loss or damage of return shipments.

 

Missing Contents

 

Please make sure that you are checking the package before accepting any delivery made to you carefully. If you find the shipment to be tampered-kindly do not accept the package. Make a package opening video while opening your delivery.

Instructions for return packaging:

For order Returns within India:

If return with Quality Check(QC) is available at your pin code then:

 

(1) Preserve original packing and the item in its sealed form with all accessories, tags, boxes, bags, stickers, papers and original Invoice.

(2) Handover the jewellery in its original packaging and to the pickup agent. Note that you must make a video of handing over the jewellery piece and all the materials to the pickup agent.

(3) Note the name and phone no.of the pickup agent.

(4) Once this is done, call our customer service on 9821787607 and share this information with them.

 

 If normal return is available at your address:

 

(1) Pack the product well in its original packaging as per the guidance of our customer service executive. Make a video while packaging the product.

(2) Once this is done, call our customer service on 9821787607 and share this information with them.

 

In areas where we do not have shipping service-customers can send us the product at our address.

 

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center as mentioned above.

 

In case of International Returns:- Kindly pack the product and send it to our address in New Delhi, India.

What is Lifetime Exchange and Buy-Back Policy?

In case you have a change of heart and wish to return the product to us after the expiry of Easy Returns and Exchange Policy, we’ll happily exchange it for you or offer you a refund on the basis of the policy detail below.

We Offer:

    • For Diamond Jewellery – 90% of the invoice value excluding GST charges.
    • For Gold Jewellery – 95% of the current value of gold, calculated based on current gold price. (Gold rate X Gold Wt). No making charges/ stamping charges/ design charges will be paid
    • For Gemstone/Zircon Studded Jewellery-95% of the current value of gold, calculated based on current gold price. (Gold rate X Gold Wt). No making charges/ stamping charges/ design charges will be paid
    • For Gold Coins – 100% of the current value of gold, calculated based on current gold price. (Gold rate X Gold Wt). No making charges/ stamping charges/ design charges will be paid.
    • Loose Diamonds- Currently we are not accepting Exchange of Loose Diamonds

In all cases, the current material value of diamonds and gemstones and the current rate of gold will be decided at the sole discretion of Dishis Jewels. Please also note that we will deduct value of any offer availed (including any discount or free gift) at time of purchasing the product, if applicable in your case.

BUY-BACK Policy

In case you have a change of heart and wish to return the product to us after the expiry of Easy Returns period, we will happily buy the jewellery from it for you or offer you a refund on the basis of the policy detail below.

We Offer:

    • For Diamond Jewellery – 70% of the current value of gold and diamond value excluding GST charges. No making charges/ stamping charges/ design charges will be paid
    • For Gold Jewellery – 80% of the current value of gold, calculated based on current gold price. (Gold rate X Gold Wt). No making charges/ stamping charges/ design charges will be paid
    • For Gemstone/Zircon Studded Jewellery-70% of the value of gold and gemstones, calculated based on current gold price. (Gold rate X Gold Wt). No making charges/ stamping charges/ design charges will be paid
    • For Gold Coins – 97% of the current value of gold, calculated based on current gold price. (Gold rate X Gold Wt). No making charges/ stamping charges/ design charges will be paid.
    • Loose Diamonds- Currently we are not accepting buyback for Loose diamonds

What are the conditions for the Policy?

The product should be original and accompanied with Original Product Certificate, Original Invoice and Bills. In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, we will send the product to the Lab for re certification before processing request. The shipping cost and the cost of such certification shall be borne by the customer.

The customer will be responsible for shipping the product to Dishis Jewels premises. Dishis Designer Jewellery can help customer in connecting with reputed courier partners for the shipping purposes.

It is mandatory to produce the bill to avail any exchange or buy-back


Lifetime Warranty

The product should be original and accompanied with the Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice.Customers can either call our Customer Care team at 98184 58248 or email at ask@dishisjewels.com.

We offer cleaning & polishing services, stone tightening and other repair services which enhance the life of the jewellery that suffers the daily wear and tear. Warranty service rendered is not chargeable however, the Customer will have to bear the cost of any extra material (Gold or Diamond), if applicable, required to complete the service request. The policy is deemed void if any other third party jeweler has worked on it. 


Free, Secure and Insured Shipping

We understand you may have apprehensions about online shopping and delivery of products. To ensure that your experience at Dishis Jewels is convenient and hassle-free, we have tied up with the reputed courier partners who deliver the product to your doorstep.However, it is advised to thoroughly check the package before accepting delivery. If by any chance-the package seems tampered then kindly do not accept the delivery.

We offer FREE shipping on every order within India.

We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt at the time of delivery, the recipient must provide valid photo ID proof to collect the product.

Orders outside India are chargeable USD 20 shipping fee

CANCELLATION POLICY

Dishisjewels.com is at discretion to cancel any order in case of any discrepeancy. A few reasons for cancellation could be error in pricing, error in product information or lack of stock. In case of such cancellations from DISHIS, customers will be notified and the full amount of the order paid will be refunded.We can also check and ask for extra information from customers before accepting any orders.

Gold Coin cancellation is not accepted by dishisjewels.com under any circumstances

Diamond Jewellery- Transaction fees of 2% is charged, remaining 98% is refunded back to your account for domestic orders

DISHISJEWELS.COM may, at its sole discretion, request the Customer to pay a percentage of the value of the transaction as an advance at the time of placing the order mostly in the case of customized jewellery or orders above Rs.25000. The balance payment for the order shall be paid by the Customer at the time of delivery of the product.Part payment received against customized jewellery will not be refundable.

     

       REFUND:

We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.

Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made or through cheque (amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use).

       In case the customer pays online then amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days from the receipt of returned product(s) at our warehouse.

        All domestic and international orders are eligible for a 100% refund under the 15 day return policy.
